Charlene came to Hello Florida! in 2003 after gaining eight years of valuable operations experience with Mears Transportation Group and Grant Transportation. A native of Orlando with more than 14 years in our industry, she earned her BS degree from the University of Central Florida. Charlene is passionate about providing excellent customer service, and she says, “I’m currently living my dream job.” She is an active volunteer with numerous organizations, including Greenpeace, The Sierra Club, Junior Achievement and the Anti-Genocide Hotline. She also enjoys traveling, reading, drawing and writing.
