Marketing Manager

Since joining Hello Florida! in 2001, Monica has contributed her talents in several different areas, including Manager of Technical Services, Product Development Manager and her current role of Marketing Manager. Monica’s strong communication skills and BA degree in English, coupled with her technical expertise as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer make her a great asset. She has been instrumental in the development and maintenance of the Hello USA! website as well as the creation of annual tariffs. Her motto is: “Always go above and beyond to exceed the clients’ expectations.” Originally from North Carolina (and a graduate of NC State University), Monica enjoys reading any good mystery, adventure or sci-fi novel. She also donates her graphic design and production layout skills to “On the Scene” magazine, a publication of the non-profit organization A Child is Missing.
