Hello! Florida Destination Management employs seven Creative Services professionals who focus exclusively on event design and production. This team is committed to continuous education through seminars, industry tradeshows and professional organizations. Our production volume and regular tours of theme décor, furniture, linen, floral, production, and game warehouses also give us a masterful knowledge of available products. While décor companies are inclined to propose events that maximize their warehouse inventory rather than delivering the client’s vision, and most destination management companies depend on a décor partner for event design, Hello! Florida Destination Management distinguishes itself from others with our investment in creative and talented people.
Our talented team creates events after absorbing your vision, and then submits them in a proposal that is easy to follow, with pricing in a line item format for ease of understanding and revision, and with renderings and floor plans to show event composition. Once the show design is complete and confirmed, we generate a thorough production schedule that includes vendors, products, setup and strike times, power and dressing room requirements. The production schedule is distributed and reviewed by all stakeholders. Then all permit requirements are fulfilled and floor plans are submitted to the fire marshal.
Our professionals are on hand and on site for all events to ensure a seamless execution and success. Prior to the event we will arrive early to confirm that there is ample room in the loading docks and back aisles, and that space is ready for load-in of materials. We confirm with the resort that the power and dressing room requirements are fulfilled, check in all vendors, conduct a walkthrough with our clients and vendors, review show flow and confirm strike times and completion.
